Hon. Lelmengit, Josses Kiptoo Kosgey is the Member of National Assembly of Emgwen constituency in Nandi County. He is a member of Lands Committee and also a member of Construction Project Managers of Kenya (CPMK). With a background in Construction Management, Project Management, ICT, GIS and Data analytics, he has a deep commitment to public service and has become an invaluable leader in the National Assembly and a trusted voice on issues related to Construction, Land, information, communication and technology.
